Olga goes for a car ride.
10/2 - Today we picked Olga up at 9:00am to take her to get her picture taken for her visa and passport. One employee of the institution went with us. I thought Olga was going to be frightened when we went for the car ride. She was just talking and laughing away. She really enjoyed the car ride. That's a good sign...she likes to travel. Olga, followed instructions really well. The lady who came with us and Andrei told her to look at the camera, arms folded to the side and stand still. She did exactly what they asked. While we were waiting she just wanted to explore like a typical three year old. Tim had his hands full. When we were done at the photoshop we went back to the institution. Olga, was ready to go upstairs again. One of the caregivers brought her back downstairs so we could take her outside for a walk. Andrei's grandmother gave us a bag of apples from her own orchard so I took one to Olga. She went after it. Tim and I notice the little but important things like....she can chew! Yes, our precious little Emily does not chew. She has all her teeth but refuses to take them for a test drive. But that's what makes Emily, Emily!!! As soon as Olga was able to run free she took off... she's fast! We are so blessed to be able to adopt Olga. We can thank God for this privilege. Again, I will keep saying it...God has been and will continue to be faithful because He is good.
